Will opening my door damage it?
Very rarely. We use non-destructive entry techniques first, which leave your door, frame and lock intact. If a lock is already broken or a drill is genuinely the only option, we explain that and get your approval before proceeding.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
You receive a clear quote before we travel. For standard residential lockouts we operate a no-entry, no-charge policy. After-hours and public-holiday jobs carry a small surcharge, which we tell you about upfront.
Can you make a new car key if I have lost all of mine?
In most cases, yes. Our auto technicians cut and program replacement transponder keys and fobs on-site for a wide range of makes and models, so you avoid a tow to the dealership.
How do I know your locksmiths are trustworthy?
